  1. Your home looks beautiful! I love how you incorporate pops of color in every room. I'm looking forward to seeing you tackle this list!

  2. may i suggest in the downstairs bath, that you rehang the mirror so that it's centered over the vanity, and lower it? it seems like it's way too close to the light right now, and it's much too far to the left of center.

though i see that the light is also pretty far off centered, so hmmm. :/

  4. I think a new garage door should be installed this year. You still have lots of things to renovate in your place, but I think it's best to prioritize the facade of your house. Repainting can also be considered for your garage door, but it's only advisable when you think the door itself is still efficient. Well, I’ll be looking forward to seeing all these plans materialize in the next months. :)

  5. Oh my gosh you've brought back haunting memories of our To Do List of 2012 & 2013. I feel your pain and exhaustion as I remember the excitement every time I put a line through one of the items on the list. Hang in there...it feels so good when you get to the bottom of the list! Ha, is there ever an "end to the list" when you're a DIYer as I sit here drawing up plans for a master bedroom closet makeover. LOL Kudos to you - your house looks great!

  6. I blogged about my 2014 house list and it's big, but not near as big as yours! We will overwhelm ourselves together!

  7. I am in love with the mint color that you used of you living room. It is very retro but also relaxing. It feels like a very beach-like color but it also seems like something that could be used in Chicago. I do not know where in my house I could put that color of paint but I want it.
